I am a young girl at 12 years old, I think that i love my food too much, as i have put weight on and I dont feel like exercising.
please can u tell me why is this and how can i get rid of it?

It sounds like you are going through a growth spurt and your hormones are changing. When you are hungry, reach for a glass or bottle of water. This will help fill you up. Also, watch what you are putting in your mouth. Healthy snack are best. Of course you probably already know that. Don't think of excercise as "exercise"
Try to take a 15 minute walk a day, or do a few sit ups at night while watching TV. It helps me and keeps the buldge away!

you are still growing..just make sure you eat the right kinds of food and not junk food..

start reading about healthy lifestyle, about food, fitness
we eat to live and you have to eat healthy to be fit
(we dont live for eat)
