You need to get a mud/clay mask. Yes, it will help, but it may not work using it one time. Use it according to the instructions on the product container. You need to figure out why you are breaking out. There are many causes of acne. If you are doing something different, then whatever it is, it's probably causing you to break out and you need to stop what you are doing. If your problem persists, then I strongly suggest going to a dermatologist and an esthetician. Whatever you do take good care of yourself from the inside out and start a skin care regimen that's for your skin type. How you take care of yourself does take a toll on your skin. If you need any other assistance with this, I would be glad to help. Please feel free to email me. Go to the source links I provide, it will tell you everything you need to know about acne.

There are too many causes of acne. So try to find the reason and start there.
Topical products will help the symptoms but (usually) not the cure.
Peels are good for refreshing the skin. Is your skin breaking out because of block pores?
A slow digestive system can cause toxins to come out of the skin pores. Are you eating well? and eliminating three times a day? seriously.
Do you drink plenty of water?
Eat fresh foods?
Getting enough sleep?
Good hygiene?
Hey, I can add more to this list.

Egg whites help with this, it pulls all the oil off and tightens the pores to help prevent acne
Clean your face pretty good first, then seperate the yolks from the whites, apply a thin layer to your face, it will tighten as it dries, let it completely dry ( about 20 30 minutes ) then wash off

dont mess with masks and crap...just take better care of your skin. you need to wash your face with actual facial soap (like neutrogena or something) twice a day, in the am and before you go to bed, and drink tons of water. go to a dermatologist if it doesnt clear up, and they can get you on acne medication that works.

try oxy pads, they really worked for me but i'm sure theres masks too.
Also if you just wash your face with cold water at night it opens your pours and then buy a face clenser that closes your pours. I do that every night and i haven't had a zit in about 2 months. (when i started the pour clenser thing)
