That is gross and also very disrespectful to your women if anything clean yourself ever heard of hepatitis it can come from fecal matter as in poop and many other nasty bacteria grab a brain. Put it this way switch the scenario would you wan't a dick

ATM's are a dirty business to get into. There is a lot of bacteria down there, not to mention traces of fecal material. If she wants to do ATM that is fine, but give her some mouthwash or something.
