Is it normal for me to be more happy than normal before my period? I hear about how almost everybody is in a bad mood, has bad cramps, etc. i don't have any of those problems, and am usually more happy than normal before it starts. Is that normal???(I am 15 by the way!)

I'm 15. I feel depressed most of the time. It feels like nothing excites me anymore, and I feel like I have such a depressing outlook on like. I am barely ever happy, and it seems like life sucks. I don't know what to do.

I talked with pedi earlier about herbs for "boosting: toddler's immune system. Basically, he stated that we could try to see what works, as long as it isn't tintcures or anything that's a sedative. Looking for extra protection against colds & flu. Any suggestions?

During the summer i played tennis, i rarely did and grew alot. Do you think if i keep playing that i will grow to be 6 feet. ps I still really reached my growth spurt.

I feel so very tired all the time or most of the time anyways. I don't know why either? Could it be because I am 80 pounds overweight? I don't think I look that big or even feel that big. I barely exercise. I mean I push carts and bag groceries thats alot but after work I just feel like I want to sleep for days. Can any1 understand what I am going through? If not that is fine. Everytime I get out of the shower I breakout in bumps that itch like crazy on my stomach, back, legs, and sometimes my face. I thought it might be the soap but after showering is not the only time it happens. I can just be doin anything and I will break out mostly on my face and neck or on the back of my legs. My husband was diagnosed with this. He has had 5 cardiac "episodes" and has angina. He has had the test that they do going in thru the groin to your heart. His regular valves are ok, but he has narrowing of the tiny vessels at the bottom of the heart. He takes blood pressure medicine, but doesn't have high blood pressure and another heart medicine. They seem to work for him for a while, but then out of the blue he will have chest pains and we will go to the hospital and he will get hooked up to all the machines and everything comes back normal. When we tell them he has cardiac syndrome x they look at us like we have 3 heads. It is very frustrating for him and me both and we would like to know what it is and how to fix it. He also has extremely high cholesterol that his doctor says is because of genetics. Any help anyone can give me with this will be appreciated.

How long and how would i get abs? Im a girl and do push ups, lift weights, leg up, & fast crunches.I do tie kwan do and they have me do tons of kicks and stuff like that...but im looking for help on what i have to do to get abs. Would i have to do alot of cruches? They hurt my butt more then stomoch so i prefure to do fast half crunches wich hurt more. does ur age matter?....I'd Appreactd your andwsers!
