now that the cold has started i dont like eating salads, and even fruit. as a result i feel hungry all the time, and am not sure about what i should be eating - looking for some tips on what to eat, and how to stay motivated. its tempting to stay at home than go to the gym, but i so want to lose weight.

I will have to get septoplasty in the future due to my deviated septum. And I was wondering weather I should have a ENT doctor perform a septoplasty and rhinoplasty. Or a plastic surgeon to do this. Keep in mind if I go with a ENT my health insurance would cover the hospital fees/anesthesia and septoplasty operation but not the rhinoplasty. If I go with a plastic surgeon my health insurance would probably cover none since its not in the network.

Do most ENTs do frequent rhinoplasty to fix broken or crooked noses due to accidents?

My 7 year old has been taking the following meds since he was 6: risperdal, abilify and dextroamphet. My ex-wife told the dr's my mom has bi-polar (not confirmed) and they diagnosed my son with it. Now my ex is concvinced he needs these drugs. I have been against the drugs since the beggining. He has gained a lot of weight. He takes a pill "to help him sleep" but when he's with me on weekends, he sleeps fine. He had some trouble adjusting to a new daycare and school lasy year and think my ex jumped the gun and now my son is on these drugs, is over weight and I am powerless. If there's a Dr or someone with experience on this topic, please advise. My ex-wife has sole physical custody and on the divorce decree I have them every Fri-Sun. (starting a year ago I moved to every other weekend) Do I have any say in medical decisions? Thanks for any help provided.

ok my bf thinks that girls who like their hair pulled or to be spanked or saying things during sex is weird, He says he thinks girls who are like that have mental problems from childhood or something, is this true? I almost feel like I cant express myself because he thinks its weird... hi i have hurt my knee twice 5 years ago and three years ago and now out of no where it has really started to hurt the doc said i hurt behind the knee before and just gave me some antiinflamitoies he said it has to do with the weather change. He looked at my funny when i told him it hurts also when i have my mentral cycle. the anti inflamatory helped what should i do i am so confused!

i want your opinion. (1)do you think it's wiered to be cold when it's like 80*F out side?

I had an MRI done on my head. During the MRI it induced an instant migrain. Then just after I wasn't able to see, stand, walk or eat properly (like being ill). Later that night all effects disapeared. But I noticed I didn't need to use my reading glasses, they made things blurry, I was fine without them. This lasted for around 3 days.

I am also Bipolar and was wondering what effects magnetics has.

Has anyone had similar side effects or others?
