If the glasses are on only for a very short time it shouldn't do too much damage. If they're worn for a long time the eyes can get strained trying to focus in glasses that aren't meant for them. This can lead to damage to the eyes. I found this on the 'What's good for you' website:
"It's not uncommon for people, particularly couples, to share their glasses, but using someone else's glasses is not a great idea because everyone's prescription lens is different. A short time in the wrong glasses isn't a major problem, but it can lead to temporary eye strain. Prolonged use might cause damage, as your eyes try to adjust to the inappropriate lens."

Well you're missing out on seeing things clearly that's for sure. And why put yourself at a disadvantage with having to strain to see and there's reason to do this. People these days do not care whether you wear spectacles or not. Nobody is looking at you because you wear glasses. You could be making your eyes worse by not wearing your prescribed spectacles and why do this? I had to wear glasses when I was at school, because I couldn't see the blackboard from the back of the classroom. I kept moving up the rows of seats to the front row eventually. The teacher twigged on that I needed spectacles and sent me to the opticians. I suggest to you be sensible, and not let your self consciousness get the better of you. Why work under a handicap when you don't need too. givemestrength

No, and No. Now if he went around wearing your glasses ALL the time, it might cause problems.
As for crossing your eyes, I used to do it all the time when I was younger trying to be funny and my eyes are just fine!

It may not hurt your eyes per se, but it may hurt some other part of your body if you trip over something or run into a wall because your vision is all distorted.

I don't think they could really harm him unless... he wears them for long periods of times, often. Other than that, I don't believe so. So you shouldnthave much to worry about either way GOOD LUCK, and I hope I helped.
