What does it mean when an 14 year old hasnt grown for 4 months as measured on home wall? WIll a boy have an second growth spurt? only 5 foot, 6 inches

you 14 and 5'6'' ....that about right....be happy you not like my wife, she is 4'11'' she is 46, she stopped growing at 9 years old, but her mother and dad was short also, but anyway, growing tall has allot to do with you parents and/or grandparents....."all in the family genes"

That the boy hasn't grown in 4 months.lol I think it's probably common to have growth periods which are more or less obvious. Oh, try drinking more milk!
