every since i was a little girl even in school when i do situps i hurt really bad between the line of my pubic hairs and my belly button. Im twenty three ive had five pregnancies my belly is really flabby. what is wrong and what can i do about it.

That sounds painful. I spoke with a trainer once and he told me that people who try to do sit ups at home the old fashion way are wasting their time. Laying on your back with your legs bent and pulling upwards is a bit more complicated apparently. I'd see a trainer once or twice and let them advise you or look it up on the Internet ( it won't be as conclusive but it's free). There are so many ways to mess up something that seems so simple it's crazy.

You are doing ot the wrong way. Ask someone...or several people....sit ups are really over rated.

its probably just ur abs when u excercise the area u r working on gets painfull bcuz of ur muscles building up
