Yes and No.

No - the hymen not being present is not an indicator to virginity.

Yes -
1. Blood test: If you pop positive for an STD.
2. When one has been sexually active recently (2-3 days) before a GYN exam the vagina is long and straight indicating that you have had sex. The vagina will contract back to its normal shape with time. However, with the prevalence of Dildos and Vibrators used in masturbation an elongated vagina is no indication of sex with a man.

No, not by taking a blood test.
Women have a little flap covering the vagina called the hymen, and usually the first time a girl has sex, or loses her virginity, it breaks and bleeds a little.
If the hymens' not there, the doctor might be able to guess you've lost your virginity.
However, it's possible to break your hymen other ways, like horseback riding, or putting in a tampon.
Good luck!

it depends
most people say that it gets "stretched" after sex and a piece of skin is broken but that can be from a number of things such as tampons not just sex
another is if you have a pap test and something comes back then they can tell
the only way they can tell through a blood test is if you contracted any type of STD

A gynecologist can. If she performs a pelvic exam and uses a speculum she will see if your hymen is intact. That's a band of tissue that partially covers the cervix. It can cover the whole cervix, but usually it doesn't. Having sex breaks the hymen. If you are talking about a regular doctor, they won't know unless you tell them.

As someone else said here, short of diagnosing that you are pregnant, the only way would be if you had semen in your vagina upon exam. In case the unspoken question here is a "broken hymen", doctors know that it can result from many causes other than intercourse...that is not diagnostic.

I think lady nera is right on here. They can't know for sure but more importantly if they did know I'm not sure they would or have to tell your parents if that's the concern. But, you should be able to talk to someone if not a mother or father. And definately be safe about doing it in the future if not already.

Well if the blood test shows an s.t.d.or pregnancy... sure ....usually they can tell during your pelvic exam....but if its a regular blood test...not a chance.
