I feel so very tired all the time or most of the time anyways. I don't know why either? Could it be because I am 80 pounds overweight? I don't think I look that big or even feel that big. I barely exercise. I mean I push carts and bag groceries thats alot but after work I just feel like I want to sleep for days. Can any1 understand what I am going through? If not that is fine. Thanks to all who respond!! =)

Being overweight will decrease your energy level. Even if you don't feel overweight your body is aware of it. Not exercising plays a HUGE role in it as well. Overweight or not having a regular exercise routine will definitely increase your energy level. So if you eat right like fresh fruits and veggies, and commit to a regular exercise routine you should start to notice an increase in energy. Try to workout in the mornings that will help get you going for the rest of the day. If you need help to get you going in the mornings try not to drink a lot of caffeine. Instead try a fruit smoothie with ginseng. The fruit is good for you, and ginseng doesn't make you feel tied later. Good luck

I went through that same thing and then a friend asked me if I get 8 hours of sleep...I said no, I was usually only getting around 6 or 7 hours. Then she said I should get at least 8 hours of sleep every night, eat healthier, and exercise at least 5 days a week.

A week after I started doing all of those things I felt so much more energized during the day. This can really help you have more energy during the day without drinking coffee or taking those expensive, and addictive, energy pills.

if your overweight or not, exercising increases your energy significantly... en ought sleep is a great way to increase energy too... watch what you eat as well... fruits and veggies... drink a lot of water...

maybe you need to create a world for yourself that you find to be happy and fulfilling. sounds to me like you are depressed and missing direction.

examine what makes you happy now, what made you giggle with glee as a child and what would make you happy tomorrow. we are the creators of our own destiny.

Exercise..or you may be like me, anemic. Take iron or vitamin supplements and eat better, drink water(a major sign of fatigue). and oh yeah exercise . Trust me it works.

check your thyroids.....
and try to be more active during the day because if you're not active you'll be tired all the time...
