I was just wondering if bellydancing helps to loose weight I have some weight that I want to loose mainly in the abdominal area, stomach and all, so does belly dancing really help you to loose weight and get your stomach tight and flat. Even though I have a little extra weight I need to shead, and how long do I need to do it before I see any real results.

my throat hurts a lot....like hard to swallow.
my neck under my jaw bone, there are lumps (i think there called "glands") and they are hard like rocks. my mom said that means infection
i have a mild fever
and i really have no energy

WHAT COULD BE WRONG?

I'm in deep trouble. You see, I have a drug test this Monday and right now it's Thursday where I live. I made a promise to myself that I would not smoke until after my drug test. Now, my buddies went to smoke and I went along with them just to watch and get myself excited so I could smoke a lot when my drug test is over. There's one problem. I INHALED THE SMOKE FROM THE MARIJUANA. Is that bad? Does it stay in your urine? I have about 4 days to clear my system if this does get THC in your body.

And for anyobody that's just going to say "OH. JUST DRINK LOTS OF WATER IT HELPS TRUST ME LOL." Don't even bother. It doesn't, and it's been proven. All it does is dilute the unrine so it's pure white and nothing can be detected in it. Therefore, you have to retake the test, delaying my smoking even more.

So my question is: does THC stay in your body the same length of time it would if you inhaled it through your nose rather than if you inhaled it through your mouth and actually smoked it?

My niece has always been a problem child. Nothing made her happy and if you didn't do what she wanted someone was getting hurt. She started doing drugs, hanging out with the wrong people. She kept running away. She was 15 and to keep her in the house my sister had to agree to her boyfriend moving in. It was bad. We tried everything . Alot of drama happened since and she moved in with her dad. Anyhow she has called and wants to move back home because she has been doing drugs and wants better for herself. I've been with her and tried to hold a conversation with her. She blurts out random things and it's almost like her words are getting messed up. When we all look at her and say "What?" she laughs. It really concerns me and I was wondering if anyone knows about brain damage due to long term drug use. I know she smokes pot and her drug of choice are Bars. Atleast thats what she admits to doing. Could anyone give me some answers?
