Rinse your eye with water or saline solution. Turn you head to the side and poor it from the outer corner toward you nose. It should rinse out. If not go to the eye doctor.

You didn't say what might be stuck in your eye, do not touch the eyeball, do what "Been There" said it is very good advice, I will also pray. God Bless you.

Flush your eye out with water.

Pull your top eyelid over the bottom one.

try flushing it out with heaps of water mayby that will help.
