Yes, this does sound like a throat infection. Your tonsils have enlarged so that's why it's hard to swallow and your glands are swollen because your body is dealing with the infection.
Energy levels do go down when you have an infection.
You should drink plenty, eat foods that are soft and easier to swallow.
Take paracetamol (if you're okay to take this), this will lower the temperature and ease the pain.
Rest up for a couple of days then you should be feeling a lot brighter.
If it gets worse then you would be wise to see the doctor as you may need a course of antibiotics.
Hope this helps.

Sounds like you have strep throat. You must see a Dr. Strep can cause an infection in your heart. Or you could have tonsillitis,or mono if you are really tired and have been for awhile. Probably need a round of antibiotics. Hope you feel better.

it is quite achievable. i latterly observed a self-confessed troll on Italian solutions with a million,250% ultimate solutions. That guy is a "solid troll" - his venture is to divulge weaknesses interior the equipment - he provides ultimate answer to himself (using assorted debts) and then comments his very own questions made out of the feeder debts - that leaves his significant account sparkling of abuse. while the questions get cancelled, those solutions get taken off the denominator, however the final solutions stay interior the numerator - for this reason it is achievable to have over one hundred% ultimate solutions, and that i've got considered many debts like that. certainly one of my contacts has 60% ultimate solutions, and that i understand for particular that she would not cheat. quite a few others have 40-50%. I even tend to think of that over 60% - interior the very long-term a minimum of - stretches credibility, yet there is often going to be the ordinary exception. quite a few the very worst cheats i understand have possibilities around 12-13%, so i think of it may be a mistake to generalise.

A doctor can tell you what is wrong and yes, you do need to see a doctor. It might not be serious but only a doctor can tell you for sure. Good Luck

Streptococcal tonsillitis. You must have an appropriate antibiotic. Otherwise, you may get rheumatic fever.
