Want opinions on NuvaRing?

Sorry if this has already been asked but I want to know what people think of it and if they would recommend it.

I use the NuvaRing and I love it... I go to the gym a lot and I didn't want a patch falling off all the time. And the pill, I'd always forget to take it. NuvaRing in my opinion is the best temporary birth control out there right now.

It's a thin, round piece of plastic that resembles the ring from a milk container, and it doesn't hurt when it's inside you (you can't even feel it)

Also, you can leave it in for the full 4 weeks instead of taking it out after 3, then immediately replace with another one. This will bring your number of periods down to about 3 or 4 per year.

I was on NuvaRing until I got my tubes tied and I loved it. It didn't cause me to gain weight and it made my periods super short. The only problem was that my husband could feel it during sex, but it didn't really affect anything- the sex still felt good.

I used it for a few months following the birth of my daughter, and never had any problems....it never came out, caused me to gain weight, couldn't feel it, etc. However, I was always paranoid it was going to come out, or that it had and I just hadn't felt it, etc, so I switched to Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo, which I've been on for a year and had absolutely no problems with.

I also loved using it. It was easy, and perfect for someone like me who can't remember to take a pill everyday. As for feeling it during sex, my husband never complained.

I dont beleive in birth control. Sex is for marriage, marriage is for families.

Birth Control is a very sad thing.......sex without marriage is a very very sad thing. denying children to your home is a very very very sad thing.
