It doesn't 'go' anywhere. It gets transformed into energy which you expend by moving, thinking etc. You do know that matter and energy are alternative states of the same thing? Well this is a great example of it. It is just like where the petrol goes when you drive, and as with the petrol, in the energy exchange some waste products are left; these are eliminated in the usual ways (faeces, urine, sweat).

Fat cells never goes away--when u lose weight the cells just shrink, but always remain, and ready to grow again--P.S. You can get more fat cells.

that's why the slow steady weight loss works better.
with starvation diets the body says oh no no food at all? we're gonna die soon! metabolism slows so you burn the calories and storages of fat slower for survival.

The matter in the fat cells is burned as fuel, so the fat cells shrink. If you have excess fat, the cells will increase again. the only way to get rid of the fat cells themselves is lipo.
