then have him insert his penis into you...then start rubbing your clitoris or have him try different positions..missionary style sucks try dogie style or on your side..his penis has to be able to hit the right spot..that's why most women have to rub them selves

first off, relax...if your goal is to have an orgasm during sex then it prob won't happen...then if you're not adverse to it, practice on your own, that way you can know exactly what you want. i used to think orgasms were only physical, now i realize its a combo of phys. and mental

You may have to fake it sometimes, but i have the same problem too...sometimes after we're finished my bf made it but i didn't, he notices and will um finger me until i do....i'm just glad he pays attention to my needs too. ask your guy to finger you afterwards. you also have to be in a good environment, think errotic thoughts, stay in the moment, and stifle your breathing, sometimes that makes me go too
