This is an infection, probably minor. I'm guessing you are not circumcised, and infections like this are quite common. The best thing is to get circumcised, because it is much, much easier to keep your penis really clean, but to have that op you would still need to clear up the infection first. A short course of antibiotics will do it, there is nothing to be scared about, just see your dr. This complaint is so common that you shouldn't be embarrassed either. What probably happened is you didn't pull your foreskin back high enough a few times when you washed your penis and something got left in there and went bad. Like I said it is best and safest to get circumcised, if you leave this untreated it can develop into a really, really nasty infection which will be extremely painful.
When you do wash your penis also be very, very careful to rinse thoroughly so you don't leave any soap behind under your foreskin, and use a really mild soap or one of those cleansing bars, think on the order of what you would use on a baby, eg Johnson's baby soap, Pears transparent, or if you live on a farm udder soap is very mild and good; also Dr Wright's Coal Tar soap.

Not always- smelly is all in the nose of the beholder. If you see warts/lice..then it's likely that they have an STD. But, I guess that some STDs can cause the penis to smell bad- as STDs can cause bad odour. If you are really worried about STDs..the only real way to be sure that the guy was STD free would be to have a blood test. Don't rely on a nice smelling penis to be the indicator of being STD-free (most STDs can be transmitted to sexual partners even if the the carrier does not have any symptoms!) Be careful and good luck to you;)

You need to see a doctor. That is not the norm and you probably have an infection or something or maybe an STI if you have had unprotected sex. I guarentee you are not the first. The doctor will not give a sh*t about looking at your willy so go get it sorted and have peace of mind or remain celebate forever and worry. Trust me if you're a girl you have to go see a doctor to have a horrible cold metal rod stuck up your fanny on a regular occassion for cervical smears and all sorts we have to endure. Just GO and good luck.

Honestly, lay off the masterbation for a few days - I know it can be difficult! Wash yourself with pretty gentle, pH neutral and unscented stuff, don't stress too much about it, don't wash too hard and don't listen to these idiots either!
If it's still the same after a couple days of doing this, then go to see a male doctor at your clinic (you can request that if you need to) and muscle up and try not to be embarrassed - it happens to us all man.
Good luck

The cheesy stuff that smells like fish is called smegma. It is a build up of a secretion by the sebaceous glands that collects under the foreskin or around the clitoris. So yes women can get it to.
You need to be more thorough in cleaning department
If your still concerned get yourself down the clinic

NICE!!!, I am sure taking to a doctor can not be as bad as putting it on the net for millions of see??. If you have never had sex before then it may be something as harmless as thrush, but if you have had sex then you may have picked up a little nasty but a quick visit to your doctor will sort you wellout. maybe you are washing to much or with a too harsh soap

You NEED to go to the doctor IMMEDIATELY!
It sounds like an STD or something.
You have to go to the doctor or it's gonna get worse and worse by the minute. Even if it's not an std, at least you know that you don't have anything to worry about, but until then... GO TO THE DOCTOR!!

You might be very young, I don't know, so you may not have this option! I have female friends who I could go to if I had such a problem, and I could count on their advice and experience! It would, I think, be a lot less embarrassing than going to the doctor unnecessarily. If they told me to go though, I would!
