i have been smoking for now 8 years or so, and also I am still very young (25) I smoke 20 cigarettes a day. Last January, I decided, a many do for new years resolutions, to stop smoking. I took the patch and made my partner do the same. It work!! I stopped smoking for around 4 months, having sometimes the odd ciggie when I was out for a drink. But apart from that, I really did very well, and so did he. Anyway, life changed and we broke up, which made us both start smoking again. I went back on my 20 a day, felt like a walking ashtray and so on. Now, since begining of October, I really decided, to stop again and put my faith into patches, as they worked before. The thing is that this time, they are not as good. Or I am not as good. i live on my own so don't have the "competition" thing anymore, I sometimes smoke out of boredom, and "treat" myself to a cigarette one too often. I am thinking about ZYBAN, but i am quite wary as it acts on the brain. What do you advice?

I'm 18 years old and have been diagnosed with type 1 juvenile diabetes for 5 months now. I exercise daily and my BG's are in control. I am turning 19 in a couple of weeks and me and my sisters would like to get matching tattoo's on our feet (because it's easy to hide if needed and the skin doesn't stretch so much there). I was just wondering if any other diabetics have tattoo's on their feet and if it has caused any problems.

My boyfriend and I just became sexually active, and I had thought it would be helpful to use a Summer's Eve Scented douche. Well, I didn't know I smelled the way you're supposed to smell before, and now I smell like I tried to use perfume down there. I never had used one before, so I probably messed up somehow...but please tell me how to get rid of the smell!!! I just want to smell normal again.

my breast are really small, like a size A 36 plus they are saggy and are flat at the top of my chest and they don't have any firmness and are like jello. my breast look like extra skin hanging on my chest. i breast fed both my kids but my oldest breast fed the most and i think this is why my breast are so unattractive. also one breast is smaller than the other because i had a cancerous tumor in my chest(not breast cancer) another kind of cancer and the dr had to remove some breast tissue. now one breast is smaller than the other and the smaller one barely stays inside my bra.the smaller one is almost completely flat. any advice about breast implants and breast lifts? what r the risks? and r ther organizations that will sponsor me because im a cancer survivor?

hi last night i was handcuffed to a bed by my mate as a joke but then later was found by a drunken 18 year old woman i dont go out with, but is the mate of my girlfriend, THIS IS NO WORD OF A LIE AND A SERCIOUS QUESTION. she just jumped on me and undressed my jeans and then felt me up with my boxers on, i was saying get off me stop it but she just said be quiet and closed the door and put loud music on. Anyway next thing i new it she had got her hand in my boxers doing hand motions with it( im not going into detail as i could get reported for adult content even though this is sercious) and then she stoped, then took a pic on my mobile of her tongue next to my privates and she sent it to my girlfriend. and then left me in the room with my lower body naked.

I HAVE NOW GOT NO GIRLFRIEND AND EVERYONE HATES ME, i didnt do anything, how the fcuk can i sort this out?

Has anyone used Dr Chettawut in Thailand? He makes the incision under the arm and puts the gel implant under the muscle and breast tissue. After having breastfed 2 kids I want to go from a AA to a C.

I suffer from panic attacks and mild agoraphobia. Currently I am seeing a Psychologist who is working with me using Cognitive Behavior Therapy but I have seen him only one time. My last major panic attack which is my first was back in December of last year. Ever since then, most of everyday I have a problem with shortness of breath, a choking feeling in my throat, dizzyness, feelings of faint, having a tight band on my head, headaches and visions problems like squinting and burning of the eyes. This is beginning to be bothersome to me and it feels like it would trigger a panic attack and of course, I dont want this to happen. Does anyone have a cure to this? I've been perscribed Zanax for my immediate panic attacks and later perscribed Klonopin for everyday use. I have not used my Klonopin yet because of mixed feelings about it. Does this medication help with this? I heard that relaxation exercises work to cure this. If so, where can I find out how to do it? Any info is appreciated.

Now, I do not consider myself an especially anxious person. I have never considered myself claustrophobic. In fact, I had a few CT scans in my early 20's and had no trouble with them. Well, let's just say the MRI is a whole different ballgame. I was not expecting such a small, confined space. So, they squeeze me in and I am shocked at how small the space is in there. It was very snug. I had intense panic for about 30 seconds. My biggest fear was not really the small space but I just had this fear of being stuck in the MRI. I am lying there thinking, "I am too fat - I am stuck in here! They won't be able to get me out!"
I spent the time in there using various distraction and relaxation techniques I have learned from woking in mental health. I can only say that I was able to stay in there and lie still for the 75 minutes of my test but I found it to be a real mental challenge.
Is this something others without a history of anxiety or claustrophobia have experienced?
