why woudl anyone want to stop doing that whichis healthy, normal and actually has some specific benefits for guys (namely a drop in risk of prostate cancer).
Sure, if masturbation is dominating your life, then it can be good to find ways to reduce the frequency but otherwise once a day or even twice is good for you.
If masturbation is overtaking you though and preventing you from having a normal social life, keepign you away from sports or hobbies and generally leaving you alone all the time with your penis, then you really need to work on cutting back.
Best ways are to go out and make friends in non-sexual situations like workign out at the gym, attending church or church activities, socializing with neighbours and people at work or school. Basically go join the Y, get into swimming and other exercise programs, participate in other activites and you will find as you divert your energy toward all these terrific outlets and get to know people in various circles you will not need to masturbate nearly as much.

Start with a more realistic goal and cut it down to twice a week. If you ever get that far, then do once a week. That would be pretty dam good if you achieved that. Remember, it's not the masturbating thats so bad, its what you think of and what you are watching.

masturbation is a natural human instinct. Every man and woman does it and if they tell you any different they are liars. Just deal with it the best you can .what i would do is grab it by the neck and choke it into submission every time it got excited.Oops that is masturbating.

This is the dumbest question I've ever heard. No offense!
Why would you possibly need to stop masturbating? No, don't even tell me. Probably either "religion" or some other neurosis.
There are even health benefits to masturbating in lieu of sex.
Is that it? You jack off so much you kill your drive for actual sex? All I can say in that case is, moderation! But I don't think it's really feasible to stop masturbating.

Just try not to be alone and go outside and find something to do that will keep your mind off of it.
