my office has a ton of free junk food. Tootsi rolls, tootsi roll pops, strawburst, etc. what is the healthiest type to eat in moderation?

No candy is unhealthy in moderate amounts. Some have more fat per serving, some more sugar ... most all of them have about the same amount of calories.
For instance, Starburst have a lot of sugar but no fat, general chocolate has more fat but about the same amount of calories.

What I would suggest is that at the beginning of each day - You take a few pieces (4 is usually a single serving) and eat them slowly through out the day. As a rule a serving of candy counts as 1 Bread and 1 Fat serving ... just count it into your daily allotment but

The real question is ---

Just because it's free, why should you eat it if you are not hungry ?

Regardless of which is healthiest, if you eat when you are not hungry - you will gain weight

Tootsie rolls are non-fat, they give you that tiny boost of chocolate, and aren't bad if you only eat a couple.

caffee latte is great individually, ensure it's skim milk despite the fact that. You can seem up all their nutrion data on their internet site. It tells you what measurement of any beverages has what number of kcal. Anyway simply verify it out.
