one of my friends told me that im too short for playting defense in the NFL, he told me to take vitamins B12 to help me with my height, is this true?

No b12 is more for digestion.

No, B12 may give you more energy ( but only if you are deficient in it ), but it will not help you grow taller.

There is nothing you can do to make yourself taller. All you can do is stay away from things that can stunt your growth, like caffeine. Exercise stimulates bone growth, so if you are young enough to where your bones are still growing, you need to make sure you get plenty of exercise!

Not really, becasue after a certain age, you have stopped getting taller

when I was a kid I used to take flinstone chewables. I'm much taller now.
