i had hives, and i scratched it realli hard, so now i have red-ish scars. how can i get rid of it?

i've tried mederma and coco butter and i dunt think its helped tht much...

Mederma
Not sure if I spelled it right, but it's supposed to get rid of scars. You can get it at drugstores, over the counter.
