I think my hot lipton tea with honey and a sugar is helping me?

Well, i like it warm/hot and i put a tsp of sugar and almost a tbsp of honey in a cup of lipton tea.I dont feele hungry throughout the day. is this why?

I eat sooo much and my metabolism is really high.... Im 110 lbs, 5'6, and Im 18... I want to join a wrestling club but the club says I need to weigh atleast 125lbs.....any suggestions to help me gain 15 lbs within 4 weeks?

Can anxiety/panic attacks increase Blood Pressure reading?

For the entire month of September and into October, I experienced Anxiety on almost a daily basis, and panic attacks about 3-4 times per week. Prior to taking my Blood Pressure, I freaked out, my heart was racing, and I was really nervous. My Blood pressure read 165/86. Does a panic attack/anxiety increase or distort the Blood Pressure reading? Other than anxiety, I'm pretty healthy. I don't eat meat, only fish. And I'm not really overweight (10-15 lbs at the most), and I've never had a history of High Blood Pressure. Every time before the month of september, my blood pressure was normal. Is it reading high because I freak out and panic now when I take a blood pressure reading? By how many points can freaking out and panicking raise the reading?

Good or Bad Fitness Plan?

I recently joined Bally Total Fitness and I always forget to ask what other plans they have. The guy kept talking about this plan that I have which is called "Premier Plus" So that's why I didn't think of asking about other plans. (Which is stupid of me). People who want to sell stuff to you just want your money. So I signed up with a $150.00 fee. So here's the plan:

Me joining is 52.00 a month
Adding my boyfriend is 16.00 more
A total is 68.00 a month for 3 damn years.

So we decided that instead of me paying $52 and him $16, we pay 50/50 which is 34.00 per person so it would be fair.

So what do you think of this plan? It's a 3 year contract, so by the end of the 3 years, we will be paying a total of $2448.00. That's a lot of freakin money too. And the guy said that after 3 years, I can renew it for the both of us for a total of 35.00 a month.

Good idea? Or bad idea? Well I can't change it now, the contract as been signed. But I would like your opinion.

How can I find out if I have a Mental illness or not?

When I'm around people, I'm really scared and nervous. I hear people insult me saying " that girl is retarded." This has been going on for quite some time now and this concerns me seriously because a lot of people say the same thing over and over again. I spoke to my father about this several times now and he tells me that I don't act like a person with mental retardation. I am twenty years old now and in college. As stupid as this may sound, I feel like people are always evaluating me emotionally not mentally. I really feel sad and angry. I have no idea whether I need to see a psychologist or a doctor to deal with my issue. Any opinions???

my guy went out with this girl when she hadn't been with anyone, and he gave her head, but that isnt' what i'm worried about...after they broke up, she went out with someone else, and had sex with him, and then she became fwb with my bf and give him oral. it only happened once, and that is all she did with him after being with that other guy...could he have gotten an std from her giving him oral sex?
