I am receiving pains in my penis after using a penis pump for about a month. Is this any thing to be concered about?

How about stop using it? Try instead to come to terms with what you've got - much healthier in the long run...

Pain is always something to be concerned about. You should stop using the pump for several weeks and give your dick a rest. The pump is effective for short time periods, but using it over a prolonged time messes with the blood vessals in the penis. You are exerting a lot of unnatural pressure on the muscle and the veins, and the penis is telling you it doesn't like it. Take a break.
