Briefs or boxer briefs. I like to wear them because they provide support; I like to see them on men because they better display the contours of the male body.

Boxers because of the infertility and testicle thing. But also because they are less irritating than briefs. Having been a brief user for a long time and then switching over to boxers, I've seen a clear difference in the two and I feel so much more comfortable with boxers.

I prefer briefs because I like the additional support. If I wanted to wear boxers, I'd probably not wear anything at all.

Boxers are better than briefs because they don't overheat the testicles.The testicles rise when they are cold thereby keeping them warm and lower when they are warm.Testicles work best when they are two or three degrees centigrade lower than body temperature too much heat has a negative impact on the sperm and can lead to infertility in some cases.So,if you want healthy testicles,wear boxers and hang low.

BOXER BRIEFS.... hehe. but seriously. They are the best. They have the support of briefs with the feel of boxers.

Boxers because the tighter your "package" is (with briefs and others) the warmer it gets, and it affects your sperm's quality, quantity and production...
Let me see if I have sections on this from my monster penis health database...

boxers are sexier. but of course the guys in the department store ads that wear briefs...they're sexy too. AND you can see their package unlike the guys who wear boxers in the ads. but i like my guy to wear boxers, and i like to wear his boxers sometimes too. hope this helps! :D
