I eat sooo much and my metabolism is really high.... Im 110 lbs, 5'6, and Im 18... I want to join a wrestling club but the club says I need to weigh atleast 125lbs.....any suggestions to help me gain 15 lbs within 4 weeks?

eat more if you you lift more weights your building muscle, so that adds more lbs.

sleep a full 8 hours a night and eat right before bed. Continue to eat 5-7 meals throughout the day, keep them to a moderate size. Lifting weights will also help this product. Eat an occassional snack in between meals also. Chocolate milk, cookies, ice cream any thing with protein and good fat. Stay away from trans fat.

Try going on a diet...no fail weight GAIN! Just kidding....

1. Eat every few hours

2. Lift weights

3. Maximize your protein intake

Eat more protein,beef and liver are good if you want the extra weight to be muscle.

high calorie and high protein food lots of it too but no junk food inless you want to be fat
