Suppose you were stranded on an island and ran out of bottled insulin. How would you get it? Could you extract it from wild animals? If there were no animals but other people on the island, would you kill them to get a supply of insulin? Could you extract insulin from a living person? How would you do it?

I don't know whyt but in January I began to get Depressed. I ate verry little then in February I'd started eating again but then after my Great grandfather Pased away and few days later my elderly next-door neighbor Pased away too I began to feel upset and nomater how much I ate I wouldent keep it down. it just came up and wouldent say down. I thought I'd goten rid of those feelings in March but July came and for reasons I cannot understand I began to purge I wanted to quit yet I felt like someone was forseing me to do it and I couldent risist

I don't know i f it was just a phase or if it's serious so plese help

I started my peroid yesterday...I have gym class tommorow, and I have never used a tampon before, and I am kind of afraid to use one myself, I never have before..my mom is not around so I can't ask her for help..I don't really want to wear a pad though because I don't want other girls to see anything..what should I do?

I have contacts, the Boush and Lomb soft lenses. and my eyes are extreamly bloodshot when I have them in. My dad is bent on the fact that there is somthing dangorously wrong with my eyes. He is so bent on the fact that he will not beleve that there is nothing wrong untill he sees one other person with eyes as bloodshot as mine. we are going to see the eye doctor tomarow.
my eyes dont hurt or itch at all. Is there realy somthing wrong or is over reacting?

Im on ortho-tricyclen and on my first pack me and my boyfriend used a back-up method with it as said in the intructions. Then on the first day on my second pack after taking my pill we had sex without a back up method. Was this dangerous to do?

ok lately when I go to do # 2 it's hard to go and kinda painful.And when im done I see blood.This has been going on for about 3 weeks.Yesterday I started getting really bad itches around the butt area.And I've also have had REALLY bad stomach pains.And pains around the gut area.Today I went to the BR and I didn't notice any blood.No im NOT on my period.And I take showers everyday so i don't think im itching because Im dirty.Should I go see someone immeadietly? I am seriously considering joining a gym...but my problems are that that holidays are practically here, to where I may screw up on my whole weight loss plan, I may not go work out as often as I intend to, and I am always tired at the end of the day when that is the only time I have to work out. I have a son who is doing his Ph.D. in the US. He is taking the mood stabilization drug sodium valporate prescribed by an Indian Doctor and continued by another Nepali, mental doctor. He is highly intelligent and can apply himself very intensely to anything, has a history of mild drug addiction and very vulnerable to addiction of any kind. I am here in Nepal and always worried about his mental frame. Right now he seems quite happy and stable, but a slightest disturbance can upset him. The doctor who was treating him here advised him to carry along the medicine for at least 6 months and consult a doctor and if you feel fine can quit the midicine. I would like to know what are the chances of relapse once he gets completely alright and quits the drug?

I have been taking prenatal vitamins for a week or so and missed a period. I have had very tender and swollen breasts. I Toulk an at home pregnancy test, ept, and it said that i was pregnant, so i toulk another and it said i was pregnant as well. i just wondered can prenatal vitamins cause it to show a false positive?
