That is a lot of weight to lose in such a short time frame.
Be healthy and lose it naturally. Workout and watch what you eat.

Walk everyday, one mile this week daily, 2 daily next week, and keep increasing it. At the same time, cut back on carbohydrates, and anything with high fructose corn syrup or high carb counts. Avoid filling up on water, just drink when you are thirsty-- the 8 glasses a day idea is garbage. You should loose by December 10-15 pounds in water weight alone, and the exercise and reduced intake should take off another 15, plus you will feel better and look firmer. As your leg muscles develop, they work as fat burners, which also helps.

Don't put your focus on the number that you weigh...especially cuz if you start working out or exercising you will gain muscle which will weigh more than fat, so it might not seem like you're losing any weight. Try and keep the focus on being healthy and you will see results. Reduce the unhealthy food you eat and don't eat a lot, even if it's healthy and you still eat 3000 calories a day you won't lose weight...and jog/walk for like 30 minutes at least 3 days a week. you will for sure see a difference and feel better about yourself.

This is what I did. Every day after I ate lunch, I forced myself to eat one ruby red grapefruit. I also drank a least 1 gallon of water each day. Finally, I also did 30 minutes of power walking-not running EACH DAY. Within 30 days, I dropped about 25 pounds. Don't drink the grapefruit from the jug, like ocean spray. You have to eat a fresh grapefruit WITHOUT sugar or salt. Sometimes I could only eat half but I tried to eat the whole thing when I could. Also I stopped drinkiing all soft-drinks and stayed away from ALL fast-food, including hamburgers. In the end, I looked GREAT and felt really good about my self because I could wear swimming trunks w/o showing a gut by spring break. I started in late January. Hope this helps.

My advice would be to try to eat as healthy as possible. Drink a lot of water. Eat balanced meals. Eat a lot of veggies and fruits, limit your fats and carbs. Instead of drinking juice grab a fruit and eat it. Eat smaller meals but eat healthy mini snacks throughout the day. Don't skip breakfast, either! Excersize as well... maybe for an hour or so a day. Any time you can try to fit in excersize would be great. Don't sit and watch TV... get up... do jumping jacks, run in place, or try push-ups. If you change your diet altogether instead of going on a diet it will be best for the long run and you can keep the weight off. GL and if you need any help just email me! ;)

Well, it depends on the frame of the person. If she is 6'0 tall, then no. At least not by a lot. 16 yrs old is young, but it depends on the overall size of the person. Oh, and the BFI (Body Fat Indicator) measurement is crap. I had a squad leader in the US Army that was 5'9, 235. He was a body builder. The BFI said he was overweight. Consult a proper health specialist.

The first thing to do is "shorten" your time spent at the dinner table. The next thing to do is "get a more phyiscal lifestyle". And the last ,but not necessarly least important, is to "believe in your-self". If theres a will ,then theres a way! And if there is a way ,there must be a will! Good luck!

Taking weight off takes time especially if you want to keep it off. Eat healthy, exercise, and find a friend who would be willing to do it with you (everyone needs a good support system.). You may not take all the wieght off you want to by December but you would be well on your way.
