What do you consider skinny? Is skinny, slim, and thin the same thing? Anyway I eat everything. I just had a ribeye steak with string beans and baked potatoe for dinner. For lunch I had a turkey sandwich with mayo, mustard and cheese. I don't really do breakfast but if I had the time I would eat french toast with fresh berries and a side of bacon. Thin people need to eat a strong wind could blow us right off our feet. Beside I don't want to look as if I've been smoking crack

Well I recently implemented a anti-oxidant juice, a healthy energy drink, and a simple and great weight loss plan into my life that has been extremely successful and has improved my health 100 times over. I have lost 2" in my waist line and I have also lost 20 pounds and all of this has been in only the last 26 days. I did not diet, eat special foods, skip meals, or even exercise. I continued to eat "normal foods" ... My daily intake goes like this ... I drink my Nitro Boost in the morning and 30 minutes later I drink my Vanilla Ice Cream Flavored shake and take my Tune Up pills then I eat breakfast eggs, bacon, whatever I feel like then I drink my healthy energy drink ... For lunch I drink my Nitro Boost and eat my lunch (whatever I want - Salad, burger, fried chicken, etc.) and then I drink my second healthy energy drink... For supper I drink my Nitro Boost, then my Vanilla Ice Cream Flavored shake, take my Tune up pills, then I eat supper. Again, I eat really anything I want (fajitas, fish, taco's, pizza, etc.) ... That's it in a nut shell ... Pastor James ~ Tx

Breakfast I had a chocolate muffin with chocolate chips then a hotdog covered with jalapenos. Throughout the day I had a PB&J sandwich, chips, cookies, chocolate animal crackers, snickers bar, vanilla wafers. Foot long sub sandwich for lunch. For dinner a large pizza, a bowl of frosted flakes a little later, and might make some chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Breakfast- shake with skim milk (ie carnation instant breakfast)
lunch -Salad with Tuna(half a can) and fat free dressing w/10-15 green grapes
snack handful of pretzels
dinner- chicken or steak or lean pork with a veg. and sometimes rice
dessert- fat free frozen yogurt

I usually go with the serving size on the packaging...it's much easier to track calories that way.
