what the best pill to take when you have cramps i take advil liquid gells it works but it works when i go to sleep and sometime i cant go to sleep because I GET THE WORST CRAMPS! so if i dont sleep i will have to wait 5 hours to work . I ask my friend about Midol and she said that doesnt work i should tru aleve i think because it works. i dont know can you help me?

I know that you guys are not doctors and I won't take it that way but I need to know what you think. 4 days ago my boyfriend and I were messing around and he put his pe*** inside of me but only a little bit for less then a minute, not far enough to break my hymen, I have never had sex before and I want to know what are the chances I am pregnant from precum? lets just say i just ate nothing in the morning, a little bit of rice with a small chicken, and at night like around 7:00 i eat turkey in steam and then later i do excerise like

jumping jacks [10]
sit ups [10]
leg lift [10]
and this thing that you open your legs standing up and and trying to touch your toes 10 times
and lifting up your arms,touch your stomach and toes 10 times {i also do it in gym]

is that good for me am i taking a little bit of calories? Im doing that in school in gym 2nd period so thats a good start?

I have had a cold for a few days, and i have been coughing alot. I think I may have pulled a muscle or something. Like I have a weird feeling in my heart area, sometimes i can feel my heart beating against my chest and it feels really weird. My arm goes a little numb somtimes too, but when i move and readjust it goes away. When I cough it hurts too. Im a guy and im 17 if that helps.

I don't like my body at all, but he says he loves it. I want to have a smaller nose, and bigger breasts and fat taken out of my stomach pouch, legs and butt. I've never liked my body. I think it is because my mom always would call me fat! I don't know how to raise my confidense. I feel like every girl looks better than me, and I'm scared that my boyfriend might think the same! Ok, I got my period on saturday evening it seemed normal but then I realized a couple hours later that it had practically stopped. Later that night I bled more normal again but by morning it stopped completley for the whole day. Till evening then I spotted a little. Then it stopped. Next morning spotted once more. Now nothing still. Do you think this could mean im pregnat. Or do you think that be considered a normal period?

I cant seem to concentrate on anything. I always get distracted with anything I am doing. It is know getting out of hand because I am in school and it takes me much longer that it should. I just seem to daydream alot and it is getting in the way if what I need to do.For example I might be reading one of my text books and I all of a sudden start thinking about something and might end staring at a page for about 30 min. and didn't realize it until I looked at my clock. I just can't seem to control my thoughts and zone out of stuff enven though I might be interested in something even when talking to friends . What is wrong with me and what can I do about it?

Ok I did a urine sample for Std's already and it came back normal but my doctor only told me to do a urine sample he didnt draw blood to test fot std's i told him my pelvic was feeling sore and thats when he told me to take the urine test. But now my neck is sore and under my jaw and throat area is sore and i dont know what it is im freaking out because im startting to paranoy myself thinking its hiv the last time i had sex was august 31 and i did use a condom and i asked the girl did she have anything and she said no. should i be worried or its it just a cold because i also have like cold or mucous in my chest alittle.
