Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

The exercise is a good start. Your dietary habits stink.

In order to lose 1 pound per week, you either have to raise your calorie burn (exercise) by 500 per day (ie, walking 90 minutes), or lowering your calorie intake by 500 a day, or some combo that yields a 500 total.

I'd recommend that you look at this as a LIFESTYLE change. You need to find physical activities that you like to do. I was the tuba player in the band (seriously), so this one took some time for me. Finally I realized that I'd always enjoyed riding my bike, so I started riding long distances in the summer (I got to a place where 66 miles (100 km) was a short ride. In the winter I put the bike on a stand and do "spinning."

In addition, you need to modify your diet so that you don't have stupid calories in there. For instance, one order of fries is worth 600 calories, which is as much as a killer (and I mean KILLER) hour exercising. If you substitute some other food for those fries, you'll be just as full and will keep your weight down.

I recommend that you eat at least 4 to 5 times a day with moderate portions. Eating 4 to 5 times a day in moderate portions especially eat a lot of source of fruits & veggies will boost your metabolism for fat loss. Never skip breakfast; tha'ts your source of physical & mental energy for the day. If you skip too many portions of meals, you metabolism decreases & you'll gain weight. Also do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 day a week to keep your metabolism running. Hope this advice helps you & good luck...

Your exercise program is a joke. Also, you are eating much too little. What are your goals? Do you want to lose weight, gain muscle, tone your muscles? Eat much more vegetables, drink some milk, have some cereal, and start walking half an hour a day for starters. If you want to lose weight, start to jog, talk to your p.e. teacher.

You need to be eating more fruits and veggies for starters. You're not going to be very effective in working out if you're not eating properly.

And remember, it takes time to lose weight and keep it off- don't expect to lose 10 pounds in a week. And don't forget to drink plenty of water!

That's not really doing anything. Unless you mean 10 minutes for each exercise. If you wanna burn calories you gotta actually feeeeel the burn.

Work hard and it will pay off though, trust me. People will notice.
