what the best pill to take when you have cramps i take advil liquid gells it works but it works when i go to sleep and sometime i cant go to sleep because I GET THE WORST CRAMPS! so if i dont sleep i will have to wait 5 hourse to work . I ask my friend about Midol and she said that doesnt work i should tru aleve i think because it works. i dont know can you help me?

You know what works really well for me? The Thermacare heated wraps. You can sleep in them and they last for 8 hours. I also use some alieve or advil. Trust me I almost had to miss work this weekend because of cramps. I was curled up in a ball at one point.

I found that Advil is the best - take some with hot tea (herbal) and a small amount of food right before turning in. If that does not work ask your doctor for something.

aleve or advil are good...so is pamprin...for immediate relief, try some yoga stretches, they have helped me. also, going on birth control pills has been found to help allievate some mentrual symptoms
