Dear peace is not outside which you can find and buy. It is very much inside you. It's very easy to give suggestions so you will get so many suggestion here but it is you who have to choose what you have to do. First try to face situation, you are trying to avoid what is happening in your life that is why you are disturbed. This life is a battlefield and every single being is a worrier here. Try to face the difficult situation in place of trying to hide yourself. Forget about the result of your court case and have faith in Paramatma. If you bothers about any situation it means you are trying to be smarter than God because He had written all this in your luck and there must be some solution also so don't you exhaust yourself to death and relax. Have faith in God it will help you the most. And think that whatever He will do, will be for the best for you. Try doing Yog and meditation it will help you relax and give you mental strength. And again like to say Have faith in God. He has given us pain and He will cure us from it.

peace is not out side but only in our heart. this will be nice to talk ,but practically difficult. but you can make your life comfortable by two ways. one is have deep devotion towards god. it will give you mental strength and self confidence. secondly you can do yoga and do savasana it will give good relief. all are having problem in one way or other so build self confidence. you will get success in all the area.

hi,by some or the other way we are cause root of our problem.do meditation every day atleast 5min and go to temple everyday.are u working?if sothen share a few money and time with orphanages ,their blessing will heel all your sorrows and you will get a mind of peace.

Go to Bangalore. Go to the ashram of Shri shri Ravi shankar and learn Art of living asap. I promise, you will change your life yourself and you will deal with any problem of life, case, court are smallest problems.

first see a shrink, talking helps. second start doing meditation it relaxes you and gives you good feelings. Last I start yoga or pilatese, keep in shape and feel better HUGS!
