I've been home sick with a stomach bug for a few days, and i'm starting to get BORED!

i seem to always worry about death or worry about health. i call pharmacists to make sure tylenol can be combined with whatever. or if i get do this --is it dangerous. maybe im just a big worry wart. i seem to worry about every little thing and its driving me nuts. im wonderinf ig a natural supplement for stress or for anxiety/worryness exists and which one would help me if thats what i need. once i get a firm answer of 'thats safe.' or 'thats okay' then i feel much better and no longer fret. i doubt i have panic or anxiety disorders. however in the middle of worrying about...whatever...i tend to get some symptoms of anxiety. like nervous shakiness rapid heartbeat. and its probably because im over worrying at that certain time. i just need something to help me relax and enjoy life without worrying about stupid stuff. anyone know if a dietary or natural supplement is safe and if thats what i should do in this case? any ideas are appreciated!

im late 34days now,
i have taken like 10 pregnancy tests all say im not pregnant...
i now have -
cramping
bloating
sore breasts
emotional
i was on birth control in may and came off im june and my period came july aug but no september .. now its october and no period again ... i cant understand whats wrong with me
ive been under a bit of stress .. a new job and new routine could it be that ?
ive also put a bit of weight on too ..
should i go take another pregancy test ,, ??

my 6 year old son had his first complex partial seizure, he was also born with bi-lateral multicystic dysplastic kidney disease. He may have papilledema, after his 1 and a half hour seizure he had a CT scan,EEG, and MRI , all which came back negative. his optomitrist told me to ask about a sudo tumor.

I feel like I'm gonna lose my mind. I've been a smoker for approximately 28 years. So, I just quit with the help of laser therapy. But I just want that after meal cigarette craving to stop. That's the worst for me. Anybody have any suggestions?
