Ginger ale really works. Try eating some ginger snaps too. There is a chemical in ginger that naturally calms the stomache and it has been proven to work.
Or if you want to put made made junk in your system, you can take Pepto Bismol and that will soothe the stomache and calm the runs.
Ginger works the best and has done so for thousands of years.

I have had that bug before. Not fun.
Here is what I did (advice from my mother):
Stop eating and drinking until you have stopped throwing up. Once you have stopped throwing up, try sipping a bit of ginger ale. If it stays down after a couple of hours, drink some more ginger ale. If that stays down, try eating a few crackers.
Continue drinking the ginger ale because the diarrhea causes your body to lose fluids and you could become dehyrdrated.
Let things with the diarrhea run its course. It will stop eventually.
The bug should go away between two and five days or so.

Sprite is ideal for nausea. I drink that whenever I'm sick. Sometimes I'll just cough really hard to make myself throw up to feel better. After a short time, I feel better enough to eat, but I swear by Sprite and crackers. Or, you could eat the things you normally eat and if you throw up, you throw up. You shouldn't starve yourself. You should make yourself eat so your body rebuilds it's strength. I know it maybe hard, but it's a good idea. I've tried that and it somewhat works...Hope you feel better. Feeling nauseas is one of the worst feelings. It's terrible!!!

Gravol is very effective for me. However, it is also the most effective sleeping pill I have encountered (and I have tried a few) so take it when you're ready to go to sleep. Two tabs should do the trick.
P.S. Two tabs is 100 mg of dimenhydrinate, according to the packet I have.

Well, you could SIP some ginger ale or ice chips. And remember that BRAT diet. Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast. I sip tea, also or dunk my toast in it. When I was little, my mom would make me jello and I would drink it before it set. She was a good mom.

let it run its course for a day or so, but make sure to stay hydrated!! keep trying to drink water or 7up or other clear fluid. if you let yourself get dehydrated you will probably end up in the hospital.
