Could be just something like a Bengin growth or can be malignant too, you have no other choices but to check your doctor and get investigated, testicular tumors are highly malignant and tend to spread easily and fast through the body, if not discovered and treated well, they might lead to serious problems.

All young men should examine their testicles regularly -- best in shower or bath. Learn what the normal shape & cosistency. Testicular cancer is mainly a disease of young men. See a doctor and get checked out. Don't die of embarrasment -- literally.

Yes, you really need to have it check out. It could be nothing, but just to be safe you need to go and make sure you don't have cancer. Not to scare you but just to be safe you really need to have it checked. I would be worried also if you are younger because testicular cancer happens more often in young adults than older ones

This might mean you have testicular cancer. I would go to a doctor very soon to get it checked out.

It sounds like you more than likely found a cyst. Most of the time cyst's are fine to stay where they are. You probably want to go to your doctor just to make sure that it's nothing else.
