I've done the diet before and it worked really well, then I let myself go *sigh* but I just need to know what is 0 points. I know certain veggies are just can't remeber which ones.

Practically any vegetable, all condiments. That's probably about it. But the idea of weight watchers is not to consume a ton of zero-point items, but rather to choose a healthy variety of foods with points up to the number you get each day.

Salsa, Bell Peppers, Hot Peppers, Celery, and Lettuce are on the list.

I don't diet but I do know that celery actually takes more calories to digest than it has in it. Good luck.
