I have friends with teenage kids who try social drugs on and off.
Like their parents I having never been involved in recreational drug taking and know very little about it
In Australia "Ice" seems to be the new drug to look out for. How dangerous is it compared to other party drugs. Is it highly addictive and is it as bad as say heroin or the other hard drugs we hear about.?

I recently have been having some muscle movements in my upper arm and abs randomly, they seem to be moving on there own, and when i look at them, well, they move. It feels like they are beating, or flexing, without me doing anything. There's no pain though, just an annoyance.

a lady dietition said on the television that if you do a floater you are healthy because it means you have a lot of fibre in your diet, on the other hand if it sinks like kirsk you have to much protien in your diet,i tend to do peeble dash ,is it classed as a floater or sinker.

I had sex last night, and was a bit drunk. I knew what I was doing an all, and we used a condom - but how easily broken are they, it was dark and I couldn't really see, I'm pretty sure it was fine but I am fertile at the moment ( day 13 of cycle), and I am terrified of getting pregnant. I started counting calories...but its too cumbersome...didnt know even yogurt or a tea spoon oil will be counted in the end...cant just make the 1300 cal cut...invariably it goes upto 1500-1700

recently purchased some Nivea "Sun Kissed" face moisturiser but am yet to use it since it dawned on me that i would probably be missing large parts of my head/neck and it might look stupid - e.g. between my sideburn and my ear, the side/back of my neck, my ears themselves, around the "sensitve eye area".

Do i have a point?

How am i meant to use it? Or should i buy a fake tan BODY moisturiser and apply it EVERYWHERE???? Can you apply it near to your eyes? Or is pale skin negligable when you avoid the eye area when using fake tan??

What are the downsides?? Or are the streaky, blotchy days of 2001 now behind us courtesy of new technology, new products???
