Two reasons...
1. During vigorous workouts we can actually meak small tears in the muscles. These tears will hurt, but are no big deal; and they quickly heal. Just don't push yourself so hard. The secret to success isn't pushing yourself, it's in the consistency of the workout, not the intensity.
2. When we exercise we burn oxygen in the muscle tissue; and in improperly tuned muscles, we begin to gurn sugars. The by-product is Lactic Acid which the muscles cannot clean out quickly. This can hurt like the dickens, but again, is not a big deal. Take it easy. Consistency not Intensity is the key. Okay?

Yes. Training tears the muscles down. After training try ingesting a couple of protein bars. It is important to take protein before and after training and protein bars or a protein drink might help with the soreness. Someone else on this site can probably help with additional diet aides. Also, keep to your training schedule. Unless you suffer an injury, do not stop training. You are most likely to suffer an injury if you keep to an irregular schedule.

Yes, that is normal. You could be overworking your muscles. When you go to sleep, they relax and when you wake up, they return to how they were, and the stretching may cause aching. It's the same reason that pregnant women complain about their pain in the morning more than any other part of the day.

Some soreness is normal, especially if you haven't warmed up and stretched first. But if it's a constant thing, or if it's severe especially after a year of training then you'll want to look into it.
Good luck!

I believe that depends on how sore you are and what type of exercise you plan on doing. You do need to give yourself rest days but a good workout can keep you sore for a few days. Just don't push yourself and keep the workout light. Pushing yourself too hard is never a successful workout :)

sore muscles usually means your muscles need to replace lost oxygen and stored energy.
you can assist your body by doing some stretching exercises in the evening and going for a walk a little while after your evening meal.

Next day is normal. 2-3 days later of soreness is NOT.
Be sure to do daily aerobics and stretching. The recovery time will be quicker.

perfectly normal that means there developing and the reason you feel fatigue is cause your body is getting used to it (but don't work out to much you can burn out which also causes fatigue) so don't train every day your body needs some rest.
