I recently have been having some muscle movements in my upper arm and abs randomly, they seem to be moving on there own, and when i look at them, well, they move. It feels like they are beating, or flexing, without me doing anything. There's no pain though, just an annoyance.

It's difficult to tell what these are without more info, but it could be vitamin deficiency, electrolyte imbalance or something more serious. Drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruit.
They may also be athetosis, related to stress or a neurological problem, and if they're getting worse it's worth checking with your doctor or an osteopath. Mostly they're nothing to worry about.

It might be nothing. But...

Do you have a vitamin deficiency or excess? You might need more potassium or b-complex.

If that doesn't work, you might want to check for neurological problems.

Good luck!

That doesn't sound good, you should see a doctor if that kind of "muscle behaviour" continues.
