Can anyone tell me about lunch and dinner foods that I should be eating everyday for the next 3 months so that it can complement my work out ? Please be specific .. Please tell me the exact food and veggies because I will follow this for the next 3 months .

My partner and I cannot, CANNOT have sex. His penis seems to be too big for my hole. What do you suggest we do? His penis is pretty big i guess. If it isnt his penis this means that i wont be able to conceive later on ? pls help and suggest ur opinions..thanks!

I WAS IN THE AUDITORIUM AT SCHOOL AND I WAS DIRECTING A PLAY AND I NOTICED THAT A LIGHT WAS OUT SO I ASKED TO CLIMB UP TO THE CAT WALK AND TAKE CARE OF IT. I PLAYED WITH THE WIRES AND COULDNT GET IT TO WORK SO I OPENED THE BACK OF THE LIGHT. I PULLED THE BULB TO TRY TO GET IT OUT TO CHANGE IT. WHEN I PULLED THE BULB THE BULB CAME OUT BUT THE SOCET PART DID NOT. I PULLED THE SOCET PART AND THAT IS WHEN IT HAPPEND. IT MADE MY MUCSLES CONTRACT AND IT HELD ME THERE WHICH SEEMED LIKE FOREVER. I HAD TO SCREAM DOWN TO THE CLASS TO TURN THE LIGHT BOARD OFF. WHEN IT WAS OFF I WAS ABLE TO GET FREE AND I STOOD UP. I WAS STILL ON ADRINALIN WHEN I CAME DOWN THE LADDER AS FAST AS I COULD. WHEN I GOT DOWN I SAW THESE HUGE BLISTER LIKE THINGS ON MY LEFT HAND AND IT CAUSED ELECTRICAL BURNS. THEY HAD TO CALL AN AMBULANCE AND ALL THE SCHOOL OFFICIALS WERE THERE WITHIN 2 MINUTES. I KNOW NOW THAT I COMPLETED THE CIRCUT WITH MY THUMB AND INDEX FINGER ON MY LEFT HAND. TELL ME UR THOUGHTS, PLEASE!

I want to be on the front page of a fitness magazine. The problem is, I need to lose 80 lbs of fat. Once I lose my fat, I can be on the cover and spread the gospel of how to achieve a hot and toned body. I can then write an excerpt in my article of how Yahoo! Answers contributors helped me to achieve my goal. How long can one safely lose 80lbs? I am thinking about 7 months.

This happens when the temp goes below 50 degrees...even when I don't have a cold. It's not allergies, either..as far as I know, unless I'm allergic to the cold!! And I don't like having to take Sudofed when I'm not actually sick. Are there any homeopathic cures for this?? Thanks!

i told my bf i wanted to go to the lake as planned but its not good weather and we couldnt figure anything better to do so i told him to go to hang out with his friend that invited him over. i didnt want to go with him to his friends house because i have a hand that had electrical burns about 2 weeks ago and its sore today so i dont feel like doing anything. but i still feel really crappy emotionally. does anyone know why?

Some parients I know,"my older brother included", limit the amout of sugar their children can eat during the day. My brother gets mad at our mother of she gives sweets to my nephews. He treats sugar like it is a drug, and swears that he can tell if his sons have had sweets like soft drinks, because he says that they become hyper active. What do you think? Is sugar a drug?
