Slices of cucumber placed over the closed eyes while you lay back and think of England are the best cure for bags under the eyes. The cucumber imparts water to the skin under the eyes and helps reduce the puffiness.

If you really have to sit on pc you should take a break every hour....cold used tea bags (from the fridge is best) will take the swelling down and cool the eyes....or a cool pack that you can purchase in avon or a chemist would help. It is cleaner than tea bags and not going to spilt...

I find antihistamines help me-most of my dark circles come from extreme allergies. If that doesn't help then cold water to constrict the blood vessels & limit salt to reduce the puffiness factor. Nothing is going to make it go away in a minute but maybe within an hour or so. They also have new makeup that covers dark circles-tons of cosmetic cos. make them.

buy one of those eye gel bag things that u put in fridge it cools and soothes eyes in no time.

stop going on PC lol, try Avon, it called " ANEW clinical eye lift believe me it works a treat got rid of my dark circles under my eyes
