in a quiet room. Is this a normal things for a Doctor to perscribe or is he a quack. He ran several tests and told me they all came back normal. I have had these headaches off and on for a month.

usually people want to loose weight, but i wanna gain weight. my parents think that i look fine the way i am and that i need to learn to like my body the way it is but i weigh 100 pounds and im 14, freshman in highschool and im 5'5. i want to gain weight because all my friends are bigger than i am and i want to gain at least 5 pounds in a couple of weeks. i am very active, play powder puff, basketball,soccer,and i cant stay still for long. i could use some help on foods n tips on how to gain weight. they wont let me use those pills to help me gain weight either.

I can't afford a gym membership or fitness equipment right now. I also live above an elderly woman, who is very noise conscious, so exercise tapes for cardio is out of the question. Thus, I plan to jump rump for my cardio each morning, and train with free weights at home. Winter is coming, so I can't jump outside, nor would I want to be that visible anyway. So I'm planning to jump rope in the building laundry room early in the morning before most people wake up. The floor is concrete, and it's very large, spacious, and well lit. I'm sure someone may walk in on me at least once before the year is over, though it's unlikely at the crack of dawn(around 5 a.m.). What would you think if you found out your ADULT neighbor was jumping rope in the laundry room before the birds woke up? LOL

Honestly, it's easier to buy a new car or a house than it is to buy a new mattress. We have shopped to exhaustion. I even tried to look up info online but that just made it even harder to pick one.

My husband and I settled on one of the Ortho brand back supporter pillow top kind with this new memory foam. It's made by Ortho Mattress, Inc. and sold only in their own stores.

It felt fine in the store but now that we got one home, it is way to firm and I am struggling with some increased body pain. Of course it was expensive ($1,400.00 on sale). The cheaper one's seemed worse...

We almost bought a Sealy posturpedic but that seemed to soft and took around 28 days to deliver so my husband canceled the order.....

Is there a brand out there that really helps?

I was recently told that the hepatites type a&b vaccines that I was given did not take. The health care provider that gave them to me two years ago is re-doing them again. I asked them if it was a good idea to continue to put this stuff in my body and the Nurse said there really wasen't any standards set for repeating the shots. Is there standards? ok so my stomach has been feeling weird latley. well my lower and side abdomen area. you know how your nerves twitch sometimes like on your leg, are, finger or eye. It kinda something like that. But stronger voltage.haha it's hard to explain. It's been doing that for the past 2 days. This has never happened to me before. Even when I was eating it was doing that. It doesn't hurt. I don't feel no pain at all. It just moves not to the beat of my heart either. And it does it in diffferent areas at the same time.. I know it's the nerves. But it's just too weird to see my belly twitching like there's some parasite in me. could it be something else?

*I don't know about seeing a doctor just YET. Because it's not like im feeling any pain. or i've had any negative side effects of this.
I'd like some opinions first....thanks

I'm in the process of improving my entire life. I can't afford veneers, and other expensive dental work, and I don't qualify for invisible braces, so I plan to pay monthly on metal braces in the future when I'm in a better position financially. I know there are adults who wear braces, but I personally have not seen any over the age of 35. How many of you are over 35 with metal braces? How difficult was it to wear them? How long did you wear them based on the condition of your teeth? If I qualified for invisible braces, it wouldn't be an issue, but since metal braces are so obvious and usually for children, I'm a little concerned. What I want is more important than what others think, but I can't help but feel the minute I open my mouth with metal braces people will think "this person is too old for braces". LOL

i am 16 years old...
and my boobs started to grow when i was about 14.
ever since then... they haven't stopped!
every time i go bra shopping... i have to get a bigger size.
every one says i have HUGE boobs, and i even have nicknames because of them... such as ...air bags for example.
guys always seem to love them, and i get hit on ALL the time.
i am 5'5, 130 pounds. and my boobs are now 34 D's.
are there such thing as TOO big of boobs? and are mine too big?
