If you are busting for the toilet, go relieve yourself.

If you are doing cocaine - stop doing it. Drugs are bad M'kay?

Otherwise just ignore it. It's part of being a boy. It'll get more manageable as you get older and when you get really old you'll wish you had this problem.

If you are embarrassed by it:
- don't wear revealing briefs in public - stick to shorts or long trousers
- be happy that any girl (or even guy, if your tastes run that way) who detects what is going on is actually checking you out (if only superficially). Let's face it - would you know if your good buddy was going around with a random *****? I wouldn't. I never want to interact there so I don't look there.
