is it a crime if a boy who is like around 13-14 asked a girl who is no older than like 4or 5 to suck his penis and have sexual /digital/and oral sex with him? just wondering because a friend brought up the subject of crimes like that and i was wondering if it was and if so what is it classified as

yes it is a crime, this child may suffer many problems later in life from it, and there is something wrong with the 13 year old boy to ask for that from someone so young... if this has happened you need to speak to a counselor at school or an adult you feel comfortable telling.. NOW

ITS DEFINATELY A CRIME AND ITS CALLED CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE. MOST STATES HAVE AN AGE DIFFERENCE LAW AND I THINK IT USUALLY RUNS 4 TO 5 YEARS MEANING IF THE PERSON IS MORE THAN THAT OLDER THAN THE OTHER PARTY HE IS COMITTING A CRIME.

Im not sure if it is a crime, but i think,since the child is not old enough to make her own desisons, it would be knowen as a rape or sexual assault. Up to 50-60 years in jail, depends.
