Hi! I have recently found out that a fellow co-worker has Hepatitis C. We work in a restaurant and she frequently prepares food. I must also add that her hygiene isn't the greatest which concerns me further. Should I be worried for myself and for my customers? Thanks in advance.

I have had pain in my lower back for the past month and I know that it is from being inactive. I have started stretching 2x a day but my back still hurts when I wake up in the morning. What kind of stretches can I do to increase flexibility and treat my back pain? It makes it really difficult to exercise when in so much pain.

I have hives pretty bad and benadryl is the only thing that seems to hold off the bad rashes & swelling... the Benadryl says consult a physician if taking for more then 24 hrs but I'm wondering if that's just precautionary. It's saturday, i'd rather wait til Monday to go to the dr. but I have to take the benadryl other wise i get very splotchy and swollen! So far it's the only thing that works.

I've read a few things about creatine. Loading, unloading. All of that.

Anyways, suggestions are given such as 5 grams per day. But that's with straight up creatine powder.

What if you have the juice mix (added sugar and flavor to the creatine) where it says "Add 2 scoops (60 grams) to water." <-- That's obviously also with the juice mix.

So... How do I know how much I should be drinking. Especially if I want to do the "loading" stage?

On wednesday I accidently shut my cat's tail in the door, as I fumbled to open it he tore the crap out of my right foot. It has 16 puncture wounds, mainly on the back where he grabbed it to try to pull himself forward, and several scratches on the front. He'd just been outside, so his claws were probably dirty.

So the long and short of it is that two of the worst puncture wounds around the ankle are swollen, very very tender, red, hot, and leaking pus. The fot hurts to walk on too, and I can't sleep well.
Should I go to a doctor? Or just keep rubbing antiseptic on it? I feel pretty stupid going in for what look like small cat claw wounds, but it hurts like hell.

but that the way to fix it (if it doesn't fix itself within 48 hours) is to puncture the lung to "let the air out". I thought if it was collapsed then that means it hasn't inflated with air (picturing a deflated balloon) Can someone explain?

To all the doctors out there: I'm always cold. During the summer, I worked where there was air conditioning, so I didn't think much of it, but now that it's Fall season, I'm always cold! Others around are fine. Acutally, I've been cold even before the summer, but again, I didn't think much of it. I dress appropriately for the weather and sleep with 2 comforters and another blanket. I try to drink tea to warm me up, but that's only solves the problem temporarily. I don't want to go to the doctor for this 'condition'... any suggestions to what might be wrong? THANK YOU!!!

But does anyone know what's cuasing this itching and what if anything can I do to keep it from happening again?

Today I ate an apple, a few oatmeal raisin bars, and some nuts so far; is it something I'm eating or what?

I'm 22 and I get plenty of chicks and all, but whenever I get intimate with any female, it doesn't matter who it is, I can only reach climax if the song "Oops I did it again" by Britney Spears is playing in the background.

This is so embarrassing because I can not function without this song playing.

Some of the girls think I'm a freak after I had sex with them a few times, because they wonder why I'm always playing Britney Spears.

Can somebody help me?

When my penis is not erect, I can kind of retract the foreskin, but it is really painful, and there is alot of smegma build up, and when i try and clean it, theres always alot alot more. When my penis is erect, the foreskin doesnt full retract, it only reveals maybe 25% of the glans. And theres a horrrible smell. Should I get circumcised, and how do i tell my parents about it, because i dont usually say these stuff to my parents
