I would try either Yoga or Therapy. They are both very relaxing and take your mind off depression, anxiety and stress. In fact, that's probable what you have, is a case of depression. Also, try talking to your parents or your doctor about some other ideas. Oh and by the way. Ignore what those other idiots say to you. They are just trying to make you feel even worse.

Hey there... it is really a difficult time when you are in a mood like that hey? I bet you are not ugly at all.
When you feel so alone it is really important to find someone to talk to. Your mum, sister, friend, even dad, cousin. Is there someone you can just talk to? It always makes us feel better when someone is there by our side.
Also try listing your positive attributes. What are you good at? What do you love doing? What makes you happy?
No really - get a pen and paper and write them down. (See i am being pushy now!!!!!)
There is always something positive that you can find that will make you feel better. Even just finding 5 things that you are thankful or grateful for.
I know....sometimes we dont want to do things like this either. Sometimes we just need a good cry and a big hug.
Sending hugs to you right now.
Cheer up sweet. :) xxx

A good cry in a steamy shower always makes me feel a little better. I also grab a piece of paper, get into a comfy bed, and write everything I'm feeling down.
When i get up, I check the questions posted on this site, and try to help the people i can. It makes me feel like someone needs me, and I'm no longer alone.

I think I've had that feeling before. Sometimes, I feel like I don't belong anywhere, and that I'm just.... yeah.
Whenever I feel like that, I don't do anything. I usually read, as that's my favorite hobby. I chat with my friends- anything to cheer me up. The feeling stays for a bit, but it'll wear off.

Sounds like you're thinking too much, and getting into your own head, and shutting out the world. There's a million things to do.

go talk to friends and family that make you feel comfortable and make you feel like yourself, when you are in their presence...or find an activity you like to do so you can enjoy yourself...read some good books....go to the park and do some air-freshening exercises...
