When my penis is not erect, I can kind of retract the foreskin, but it is really painful, and there is alot of smegma build up, and when i try and clean it, theres always alot alot more. When my penis is erect, the foreskin doesnt full retract, it only reveals maybe 25% of the glans. And theres a horrrible smell. Should I get circumcised, and how do i tell my parents about it, because i dont usually say these stuff to my parents

As long as your penis function normally, why take a risk to cut it (the foreskin) and it may get hurt to your dic* head during the operation. I suggest you take some "exercise" - retract the foreskin every time when you go to pee, and make it erect to expand your foreskin, (remember do it inside the cubical) I am sure you can solve your problem within two months.

You seem to have a tight or small foreskin opening; this is a condition called phimosis. There are some stretching exercises that you can do yourself without anyone else knowing.

Simply take 2 fingers and kind of hook them on either side of the opening of your foreskin. Then stretch the opening as far as it'll go without pain (like increasing its radius) for a few minutes each day. It may take some practice. After a few weeks you should be able to retract it fully without pain. Until you can retract it fully, you'll have to do your best with washing the area with water and mild soap, and bear any smell.

If this doesn't work there are prescription creams that're supposed to help. If that doesn't work then there are still many other options before circumcision (see link), as circumcision should be reserved as a last resort. Try the stretching exercises first, if it doesn't work in a month or so, then you may want to see your doctor.

If you get a fully retractable foreskin but there's still a lot of smegma/smell, then you may also have an infection. There are antibiotics that'll easily clear that up. And also, wash the area daily with water and mild soap. Don't overdo it because that could cause redness or irritation. If you can pull back your foreskin while you pee and wipe the excess urine on toilet paper or something, that'll also decrease smegma and smell.

Sounds liek you have phimosis and need to try to get yoru foreskin stretched so it will easily retract for cleaning (and sex). While you are workign on the stretching, just try to use th eshower regularly and always flood the area with water to try to remove as much of the smegma as possible.I had one friend who found he stayed quite clean through daily or more often showers even though he could not retract.

And check out the link below for info.

well if your over 18 don't worry about asking your parents if you are under 18 talk to witch ever parent you feel more comfortable with. You should definitely get one because the symptoms you were explaining are ones that are key targets for an infection. If i was wrong then the person who preforms it will know, you should at least go in and check to see if it is necessary or not. Good luck!

You can tell your parents that you need to see a doctor. The doctor will advise you.
