Everybody says true, but its really false.
Walking is way too easy for people, half our height is leg, we are natural walking machines.
You need to jog at least.
Buy a great pair of running shoes, buy clothes that keep you cool while working out.

It should help you lose weight but you can't walk for an hour and then go home and eat a whole pizza.
