Well, if you can have sex, it feels good, and you have no pain/discomfort, then no it's not a problem; however, you may want to eventually be able to retract your foreskin, as that'll give you more sensation and thus pleasure. It will also make it easier to clean.

It seems like you have mild phimosis where the foreskin opening is a bit small/tight. There are simple stretching exercises that'll help. Simply sort of hook 2 fingers on opposite sides of the opening and stretch the foreskin as far apart as it'll go (like increasing its radius) without pain for a few minutes each day. It may take some practice, but should be easy to figure out. After a few weeks that should resolve the issue of it not being retractable.

If that doesn't work there are prescription creams that're supposed to help. If that doesn't work either, there are still many other options before circumcision should be considered. Circumcision should be reserved for when you have a serious problem in that erections are painful/very uncomfortable, neither of which you seem to be experiencing.

It's not a problem to me.
Someone suggested me to circumcise.
